 Post subject: Square D J Frame Breaker Recall

In case people have not seen this, Square D has issued a recall on certain J Frame breakers where the breaker may fail to trip on an overload condition. See attached from Schneider.

Thank you Barry, for informing us. I immediately contacted our Square D representative and according to him, he said that if we did not get a recall letter from Square D, we should be good. But I think that may apply to only those who order circuit breakers in bulk directly from Square D. For those who purchased few from third party may still have to verify the circuit breaker catalog# and date of manufacturer to be safe. Be vigilant & work safe. Thanks!
